    It couldn’t happen on the NYC subway. They recently prohibited eating and drinking on the subway. There was a big stink when that was first enacted with people getting ticketed for just *carrying* lidded Starbucks coffees onto platforms. Good to see England still has a sense of style. Man, having that wine on the NYC subway would be a *huge* arrest.
