I marched beside a seventy year old school teacher and a man in a wheelchair. Personally I'm a nurse. Just behind us were group of forty riot police and a $600,000 water cannon. It was like something from south america. $160 million spent on security and the hospitals are falling apart, trains don't run and the schools are chronically underfunded. John Howard should be ashamed of overseeing such as spectacle. One can only hope the oncoming election will remove this nasty little auth0oritarian quisling.
